Ease into a new week with a dose of guided self-care on a Sunday afternoon!
Join us on Sunday afternoons for an hour of therapeutic, restorative hatha yoga. This class explores gentle stretches, yoga forms, mindfulness techniques and relaxation practices that are accessible to all levels of experience. We work at a slow pace and spend time arriving in each form and gesture. Each class begins and ends with a short mindfulness practice, which - as with everything else in the class - is completely optional :)
