As many of our Facilitators have worked in community, health and social services, we appreciate firsthand the risks of empathy fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout in these sectors.

Our Team Self-Care programs educate and prepare team members and leaders to create mindful, sustainable and personal self-care strategies. We also provide trauma-informed restorative yoga and meditation programming for staff groups, designed to release tension and stress. We are firm believers that our capacity to take care of others, is dependent on our capacity to take care of ourselves, and we are passionate about the delivery of this programming.
